Terms & Conditions

The waiver below is required for all riders. Review the terms and conditions of the waiver below. You cannot ride one of our vehicles unless you agree to the terms and conditions. If you agree, enter your full name and submit the form to us for our records.


Carnes Dancing Queen Bus, Carnes Dancing Queen II Trailer, Carnes 1954 Ford Fire Truck, or The Yaga Bus Trailer, or any other vehicle or trailer operated by Carnes Funeral Home.

I do hereby release and forever discharge with responsibility or liability, their heirs, representatives and assigns, for myself and for my heirs, personal representatives and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, loss of service, actions and causes of action arising from any act or occurrence arising from my riding on the vehicle, including any act of negligence of the owner or operator, either in operation or maintenance of the vehicle.

I hereby agree that no representations of any kind whatsoever have been made to me about the vehicle, nor have any representations regarding legal liability or financial responsibility of any of the parties hereby released have induced me to make this release.

I hereby agree that if a vehicle has mechanical issues that prevent the vehicle from participating in any part of a parade, that another vehicle may be used including doubling up on another vehicle.

I hereby further agree that I assume the risk of riding in the vehicle and will not bring any claim or action against the owner or operator of said vehicle.

This agreement shall apply to all unknown and unanticipated injuries or damages resulting from riding on said vehicle. I have read and do fully understand this agreement and I realize this agreement is final and conclusive and it is my desire that it be final and conclusive.


Rider Rules

  • All riders must provide ample amounts of throw items (unless throw items are provided).
  • Do not ask another rider to give you items to throw.
  • Do not touch the sound system or lighting system at any time (and do not request certain types of music or certain songs as these are pre-programmed)
  • Once the parade begins, do not get off the vehicle until instructed to do so.
  • Do not allow non-scheduled riders to enter the vehicle or hang onto the vehicle.
  • Dancing and having fun is encouraged, but do not hang off of the side or do anything that is considered dangerous.
  • Be courteous to other riders and their space.
  • Remain in your assigned section throughout the entire parade.
  • If you are late – sorry. Be on time. When the parade starts, we start.
  • Be courteous to parade attendees (do not intentionally hit individuals with throw items).
  • Please clean up after each parade.
  • Have FUN!
